COVID-19 update affecting schedule: Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we are in the process of adjusting schedule to accomodate the stay at home requirements of the state quarantine. Please check back to see revised scheduling to address the current events.
This request for proposals (RFP) for the City of Central Point Public Works Operations Center (the Project) invites responses according to the requrements set forth in this RFP, including the format and content guidelines in Section 5 (a Proposal). The City of Central Point (the City or Owner) will review and evaluate Proposals using a two-step, qualifications-based selection process described in Section 5. At the completion of the evaluation process, the CIty will identify a top-ranked design-builder and enter into negotiations for the award of the Progressive Design-Build Contract to that entity (see Standard Form of Agreement between Owner and Design-Builder, A141-2014.)

- Respondent notifications: May 20, 2020.
- Complete Phase One Fee Negotiation: June 5, 2020
- Council Approval of Contract: July 11, 2020.
