Central Point Comprehensive Plan
The City's Comprehensive Plan is the document that establishes the framework for future growth and development for our community. Through long-range evaluation of the City's changing landscape and projected growth needs, the Comprehensive Plan establishes policies and goals that provide the legal foundation for the systematic application of land use regulations (i.e. zoning and land divisions). Since 1980, the City of Central Point Comprehensive Plan has been amended periodically as part of an ongoing update process.
