Rogue Valley Microdevices is requesting a Conditional Use Permit to operate a light manufacturing facility in the Tourist and Office-Professional (C-4) zoning district. The Conditional Use designation is necessary due to some of the chemical processes associated with the fabrication of small electronic wafer boards inside the facility, and for requesting adjustments to the required amount of parking.
