Climate Friendly Area (CFA) Online Survey

The City is seeking your input on proposed land development regulation concepts on the east side of town. These changes are in response to state rules that direct us to designate a Climate Friendly Area (CFA) that aims to provide a highly livable area where people can live, work and play without needing to own a car. The concept is very similar to the City’s Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Overlay area, which includes Twin Creeks.
