Liens and Assessments

All properties within the City of Central Point that have pending or outstanding liens or assessments have been listed on a website for online inquires by title companies.

Liens are listed at http://conduits.nassets.net.  In order to gain access and submit and inquiry, a title company must be registered with the City Finance Department and receive an authorized user name and password.   Call the City's Finance Department at 541-423-1015 for further information. 

Lien search fees are $25, and must be paid in advanced by Visa or MasterCard.  The City does not refund these fees.
