2019 Central Point Community Survey
The City of Central Point regularly surveys the the community to better understand resident satisfaction, expectations, and priorities. This started in 2010 following completion fo "Central Point Forward: Fair City Vision 2020," a city-wide strategic plan ("Strategic Plan"). The Strategic Plan identified surveys as an important way for the City to build and maintain communication with its residents. In keeping with this program the City has hired Northwest Research Group, an independent research firm, to conduct the 2019 Central Point Community Survey. Participation is voluntary and responses will be kept confidential.
This year residents were given the opportunity to take the survey online or by phone. The result was the highest reponse rate in all the years the City has conducted the survey. The final report details the results of this important effort and is available below.
