PUBLIC NOTICE OF SOLE SOURCE SELECTION

NATURE OF NOTICE
Notice is hereby provided that the City of Central Point Development Commission hereby intends to award a personal services contract pursuant to a sole source selection method as provided below:
Prospective Contractor: Elaine Howard Consulting, LLC
Services to be provided: Prepare substantial amendment to urban renewal plan.
Deadline to submit protests. Protests to the use of sole source selection must be filed with the City recorder no later than February 7, 2022 by 4:00 pm including name and address of protester, a detailed statement of the reason for the protest, and any other information the protester deems relevant.
Protests must be received by City Recorder by the deadline above. Protests may be submitted via personal delivery or mail at 140 S. 3rd Street, or by email to deanna.casey@centralpointoregon.gov.
