All Council meetings are open to the Public and are recorded. Agendas are posted the week prior to the meeting. To participate in a public meeting please read the following:
To Speak On Subjects Not On the Agenda
Under agenda item Public Appearances, the Mayor will ask for oral requests and communications from the audience. This is the time when matters NOT on the printed agenda may be brought to Council's attention. Please sign your name and address on the form provided. Council action on your request is unlikely, but further action may be requested by staff.
To Speak At Public Hearings
Public hearings are listed on the agenda. The Mayor will identify the subject and announce when the public hearing is open. If you wish to speak, sign in at the podium. Begin by giving your name and address and then state your views. The Mayor will announce when the hearing is closed and no further statements will be heard by the Council.

Join Us in Person or Zoom
You are invited to attend the City Council meeting in person or via Zoom. In person attendance is subject to CDC recommended public health measures that aim to prevent the spread of COVID-19. We hope you can join us to learn more about programs and projects impacting the community.
To request a Zoom Link send an email to the City Recorder prior to 4:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting, please click here to register. If you plan to speak to the Council via ZOOM the City Recorder must be notified:
- If you intend to speak to the Council. If you do what item do you plan to address the Council about (refer to the Agenda posted below).
- If you do not provide notice to the City Recorder before 4:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting you will need to attend the meeting in person.
Individuals needing special accommodations such as sign language, foreign language interpreters or equipment for the hearing impaired must request such services at least 72 hours prior to the City Council meeting.
