Calendar Date:
Tuesday, January 5, 2016 - 6:00pm
Public Hearings to be conducted for Costco Wholesale on January 5, 2016.
The Planning Commission will hold Public Hearings to consider three (3) applications relative to Costco Wholesale as follows:
- Conditional Use Permit (File No. 15022)
- Site Plan & Architectural Review (File No. 15028)
- Class "C" Variance to M-1 Signage Standard (File No. 15032).
At the meeting the Planning Commission will review each application, hear testimony from the applicant, proponents and opponents; and hear arguments n each application. At the conclusion of the review, the Planning Comission may approve, approve with conditions or deny the application.
The Planning Commission provides recommendations to the City Council regarding land use policy matters related to the city’s growth, housing and most aspects of urban development, and conducts quasi-judicial hearings on land use applications. The Planning Commission consists of seven citizen volunteers appointed by the City Council. Each Planning Commission member serves a four year term.
