Planning Commission December 5, 2017 at 6:00 pm
Central Point City Hall, 140 S. 3rd Street, Central Point OR
The City of Central Point has prepared a Conceptual Land Use and Transportation Plan for Urban Reserve Areas (URAs) CP-5 and CP-6 (see Attached Map). These URAs are generally bounded by Grant Road on the east, Scenic Road on the north, and Beall Lane on the south.
The City invites property owners within the plan area and nearby property owners and other interested people to participate in the review of the Conceptual Plan and to submit written comments about the proposal. You have received this notice because you have requested to be notified or signed an attendance sheet at an earlier meeting. A public presentation of this plan will be made to the City Planning Commission on Tuesday, December 5th at the Central Point City Hall. The meeting will start at 6:00pm.
This notice is being mailed to property owners within the subject area to invite their input.
CRITERIA FOR DECISION
The concept plan is a general land use guide prepared in accordance with, and intended to facilitate implementation of the Regional Plan Element. It does not address compliance with the Oregon Statewide Land Use Planning Goals, applicability of land use planning law, or comprehensive plan compliance. It is merely a guide.
