Application Summary

The City Council will consider a request to annex 3.2 acres of land at the northwest corner of Table Rock and Biddle Road. The annexation includes 2.35 acres of land that are planned and zoned for commerciase use in Commercial Throughfare (C-5) zoning district and 0.85 of adjacent right-of-way on Table Rock and Biddle Road. Once annexed into the city limits the property will be subject the Central Point Municipal Code requirements for land use and development.

Public Hearing Notice

The City Council will conduct a public hearing on the above-mentioned annexation request at the City Council meeting on June 8, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. You are invited to attend the public hearing in person at 140 South 3rd Street in Central Point in the City Council Chambers or virtually via Zoom. To request a link to the meeting, please contact the City Recorder by 12:00 p.m. on the day of the hearing.

Written and oral testimony on the applications conformance with annexation approval criteria may be submitted up until the close of the public hearing. 

Approval Criteria

Annexations are subject to approval criteria in Central Point Municipal Code (CPMC) 1.20.
