Reserve Police Officers

City of Central Point Reserve Police Officers work with patrol officers to supplement the department’s law enforcement service in the community.  Reserve officers, sponsored by the City of Central Point, attend the Reserve Officer Law Enforcement Academy (ROLEA) at Rogue Community College (contact RCC for more specific information about the Reserve Academy).   After graduating from ROLEA, reserve officers participate in a field training program. Reserve police officers are required to serve a minimum number of hours per month.
