We need your help! The Don Jones Memorial Park playground was installed nearly sixteen years ago and is due for replacement. We are seeking public input into the new playground design. The Central Point Park and Recreation Commission will meet on Thursday, August 15th at Central Point City Hall to review designs, public comments, and staff recommendations and will make a final decision as to the design at this meeting.
This webpage has been created to provide information on the playground and design options. Playground designs have been provided by three different companies: Playcraft Systems, Burke Designs and Landscape Structures. These designs can be found at the bottom of this page. Please take a look at each and let us know what you like or dislike by responding to this survey:

We would love to hear from families, and particularly those who will use the playground equipment most– Kids! Remember this is YOUR playground and we want to hear from you.
You can also provide comments, questions, or concern directly to Dave Jacob, Park Planner, via email at dave.jacob@centralpointoregon.gov or phone at (541) 423-1012. All comments received will be forwarded to the Park and Recreation Commission to assist with the decision-making process. Comments will need to be received no later than August 9th.
