The Parks and Recreation Commission advises the City Council on matters relating to parks and recreation activities. The Commission is responsible for helping plan and improve current and future recreational facilities, which can then be enjoyed by the entire community. There are seven members of this commission and they meet on a quarterly basis.

All meetings start at 6:00 pm and held in the City Council Chambers located at 140 S. 3rd Street. Meetings are open to the public. If you have ideas or suggestions for the Central Point Parks or would just like meet the members of the Commission, we invite you to drop in anytime.
