The Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) was established in 1981. The CAC was established in order to effectuate the goal of the city's comprehensive plan relative to citizen involvement. This goal, and the purpose of the CAC is to develop a citizen involvement program that insures the opportunity for citizens to be involved in all phases of the planning process.
